At SCOUT we offer support on both a walk-in and appointment basis. If you wish to make an appointment you may book a reservation with us through Apple. Otherwise, simply bring your Apple product by our office Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Computers and iOS devices not covered by Apple's warranty (Limited or AppleCare) are subject to a $79 diagnostic fee, which is waived if the device is repaired by SCOUT.

Before you bring your device in for service, make sure you have followed Apple's steps to get your device ready for service.

Broken iPhone Screen? Our Tampa office offers Same-Day display replacements (iPhone 6s and newer) if dropped off before 3pm. Display repairs dropped off at our St Pete location are repaired by then next business day. Repair turn around time is subject to part availability and device condition.
